Wireless Services US ended in July 2017, per Wikipedia’s list of defunct US MVNOs. No successor carrier is named.

Getting a number off Xfinity Mobile takes two things: the account number and the transfer PIN. It runs on the Verizon network. Here is how to get both and what the new carrier does with them.

ZingPCS is no longer in service. It sold its wireless business in 2016 and no successor carrier took over the base. There is no ZingPCS account number or transfer PIN to retrieve.

ZIP SIM does not offer live customer support. ZIP SIM does not offer the ability to port existing phone numbers into their service. We were unable to find information on how to port phone numbers out of ZIP SIM. Zip SIM is an MVNO that sells temporary US phone numbers to international travelers.

Your Comcast / Xfinity account number is found on the top-right corner of each bill you receive, and there is one account number for each billing address. Your account number is created when you sign up for any Comcast service and does not change. Each XFINITY Voice account has a single four-digit Voice Security PIN that protects access to voice features online and over the phone. If you are a new customer, you should have received your Voice Security PIN via an automated phone call or by mail. Before you can access certain details about your voice service, including billing details, voice information and voice features, you may be asked to provide your Voice Security PIN. Online, your account number is associated with XFINITY usernames for each person on your account. Each XFINITY username has a contact email address, a password and a secret question and answer (in case you lose your password). The primary XFINITY username is the main username for the account.

To port out, you will need your Account Number and PIN. enTouch Wireless does not offer online accounts, so you will have to call customer service for your information.

West Central Wireless sold to Verizon in 2022 and discontinued mobile wireless operations in 2023. Verizon holds the accounts now.

Turn off Number Lock, then generate your Verizon Number Transfer PIN in My Verizon, with #PORT or at 800-922-0204. Valid 7 days. Only the Account Owner or an Account Manager can create it.
