Big Sky Mobile ended in 2017. It sold its spectrum licenses to AT&T and T-Mobile and exited the wireless business.

Blue Wireless, also called Buffalo-Lake Erie Wireless, shut down in July 2020 and sold its spectrum to Verizon. It did not transfer its customers to any carrier.

Call customer service and press option #5 to reach the porting department. Your AF Mobile account number is available by calling the porting department – AF Mobile does not use a PIN number but if the receiving carrier needs a PIN you can use: 0000

Bluegrass Cellular was acquired by Verizon in March 2021. Accounts moved to Verizon, so port requests go through Verizon, not Bluegrass Cellular.

Customer must call customer service for account number and password. The Affinity Cellular rep stated that it it typically easier to get your information by emailing them since they don’t actually have a porting department. Porting department email: Support@AffinityCellular.com

Bluegreen Mobile is out of business. Its site has shown a “Coming Soon” landing page since November 2016, and a number not ported out before it stopped was released. There is no account number or transfer PIN to retrieve.

The account number for AirVoice Wireless is the SIM Card ICCID number. The account password is last 4 digits of phone number.

ASTAC offers online portal called “Smart Hub”. The ASTAC Smart Hub has to be set up manually in one of their retail stores. Payment history, usage history, and account info including account number can be viewed on the portal (although account number has to be viewed on a PDF, not on the customer’s dashboard). Account number & billing zip code are required to port out of ASTAC.
