Numbers are being ported out now. – Wireless Services US is a dealer service, not a direct to consumer MVNO. There are dozens of resellers active with Wireless Services US and the porting information should be the same for all resellers.

West Central Wireless

To port from West Central Wireless the customer must have the account number, this can be found on the customer’s bill or you can call West Central Wireless customer service.

A four digit PIN and the Account # are needed to port out from U.S. Cellular. The customer’s account number can be found on their bill statement or online under account info, after you sign in. If you do not remember your PIN you can call U.S. Cellular customer service.

Dial 611 from the Ultra Mobile phone & press: 5 to see your account number. Or call Ultra customer service to get your account number. The passcode is the last 4-digits of your Ultra Mobile phone number.

Call customer service or email: help@usmobile.com and ask for your account number. There is no passcode. Use: 1234 if the service you are porting to requires one. (Most do).
