ZIP SIM does not offer live customer support. ZIP SIM does not offer the ability to port existing phone numbers into their service. We were unable to find information on how to port phone numbers out of ZIP SIM. This appears to be an MVNO that only offers temporary phone numbers to international travelers.

Your Comcast / Xfinity account number is found on the top-right corner of each bill you receive, and there is one account number for each billing address. Your account number is created when you sign up for any Comcast service and does not change. Each XFINITY Voice account has a single four-digit Voice Security PIN that protects access to voice features online and over the phone. If you are a new customer, you should have received your Voice Security PIN via an automated phone call or by mail. Before you can access certain details about your voice service, including billing details, voice information and voice features, you may be asked to provide your Voice Security PIN. Online, your account number is associated with XFINITY usernames for each person on your account. Each XFINITY username has a contact email address, a password and a secret question and answer (in case you lose your password). The primary XFINITY username is the main username for the account.
Twigby does not have a Customer Service number listed. To port out, you will need the 4 digit Twigby account number, MDN, address and zip code. (customers can log in at https://www.twigby.com/signin/login) There is no individual PIN so Twigby uses 1234. If you need help getting your account information, you can use the chat box on their website.
A four digit PIN and the Account # are needed to port out from U.S. Cellular. The customer’s account number can be found on their bill statement or online under account info, after you sign in. If you do not remember your PIN you can call U.S. Cellular customer service.
When porting from a Union Wireless contract, there is a prorated cost. You can view but not edit primary account information online but must call customer care to make changes. Will need account number off statement, the last four digits of primary’s social security and PIN. For Corporate accounts call: 1-866-686-3231
You will need your account number, billing address, and phone numbers (located on the first three pages of your billing statement). Also, the password and last four of your social security number is required to port out of United Wireless.
