Sprint MVNO: Charge ended operations on June 30th, 2017. If you decide to transfer service and keep your phone number, you will need your porting “account” number and PIN. You can can find this on your Charge account dashboard under the “triple-dot” dropdown menu under the device section. Each device and phone number on your account has a different “account” number and PIN so make sure to get each one if you have more than one active device with the MVNO.

If you do decide to port out to another carrier, your Best Cellular account number and password can be found by logging into your account on https://BestCellular.com with the username and password you selected when activating your account.
