MobileNation stopped service on January 7, 2020. Operator SI Wireless told customers to port out by January 6, and no successor took the accounts.

MTA Solutions ended its cell phone service, MTA Wireless, as of August 1, 2017. The Alaska co-op kept its internet and landline business.

To port out of Google Voice, go to: https://www.google.com/voice/unlock to unlock your number. Google Voice account numbers are the 10-digit phone number. Your Google Voice passcode is the last 4 digits of the phone number, unless you changed it to something else. customers full name and address must match. It will take 4 to 7 business days for Google Voice to complete your port request. They charge a $3 fee to port from Google Voice if the number wasn’t originally ported into Google Voice from a different carrier.

Getting a number off Ideal Mobile takes two things: the account number and the transfer PIN. It has not published which network it runs on. Here is how to get both and what the new carrier does with them.

The account number is on the left side of your Nation PCS Dashboard. The passcode is the last 4-digits of your phone number.

Illinois Valley Cellular will set customer up with login and password when they join their service. Illinois Valley Cellular requires customer have their Account Number, password, address, and zip code to port out. All of this can be accessed by calling or by visiting one of their local stores. Note: none of this can be accessed via online.

Indigo Wireless is no longer in service. It stopped selling mobile service to retail customers in 2023 and transferred its spectrum to AT&T. There is no Indigo Wireless account number or transfer PIN to retrieve.
