Account number and PIN number are listed under your Madstar online account.

Account number and PIN number are needed to port out of Mint SIM. You will need to call Mint SIM customer service in order to get this information.

Porting is not supported by Mobal.

To port your number away from Nemont / Sagebrush Cellular, you will need to call their customer service to get your account number and PIN number.

FTC Wireless customer service rep told our agent that port requests can not be handled over the phone and must be taken care of in a retail FTC Wireless retail store. When we asked how to get the account number and password in order to port a phone number away from FTC Wireless, the customer service rep said that the ONLY WAY to get account number and password was for the actual customer to go to a physical retail location and provide their valid photo ID, or the account number and password will not be provided.

The rep at Liberty Wireless said, “There are no options for Porting in or out of Liberty Wireless.”

Porting out of Limitless Mobile requires your account number and PIN, both of which can be obtained by calling Customer Service.

MetroPCS account number are a 9-digit number (not the phone number). The MetroPCS account number can be found on your online profile. The passcode is your call-in passcode that you choose when activating your original MetroPCS account.

Mid-Rivers Communications can only Port in numbers within their service area. Port out requires Account number and the PIN set up during activation.

To get your Credo Mobile account number, text: ACCOUNT to: 27336. Credo Mobile does not use a passcode so you will need to use: 1234 if the service you are porting to requires a passcode. (Most do).
