Porting requires your account number and telephone number, as well as a correct matching address. You must call Customer Service for the account number (after verifying that you’re the account owner).

We were told that porting in or out is unsupported by DataJack because DataJack is a hotspot provider.

Porting out requires calling in to Customer service with Social Security Number to get your account number.
