The account number is on the left side of your Nation PCS Dashboard. The passcode is the last 4-digits of your phone number.
The account number is your phone number. The passcode is your 4-digit PIN number (the same PIN used when calling customer service). If you don’t have a PIN you can set one up by calling 611 from your GoSmart phone and saying “no” when it asks you if you want to refill. Choose “Manage my account” followed by “change my account PIN”. Be sure the ZIP Code on your port request matches what’s on your GoSmart account or the port request will fail.
Illinois Valley Cellular will set customer up with login and password when they join their service. Illinois Valley Cellular requires customer have their Account Number, password, address, and zip code to port out. All of this can be accessed by calling or by visiting one of their local stores. Note: none of this can be accessed via online.
Call Great Call customer service to get the account number and the password or PIN. Great Call will send out an SMS to verify before your password or PIN number can be changed if you don’t remember the initial information you set up when activating service.
To Port out, you will need to call Customer Service for your Account Number and PIN.
You will need to call customer service and ask them to release your number for porting. They can tell you your account # & account PIN. They will ask you to provide the 3 most recent outgoing calls to verify that it’s your number.
